Tailor's Clapper

The Tailor's Clapper is used to flatten seams, edges, and creases after pressing with the iron. The wood absorbs the heat and steam, setting the shape of the fabric with precision and permanence.

Each clapper is made from a single piece of solid wood, as it was done in the old tradition. Starting from one board ensures the structural integrity of the tool and guarantees its durability over years of daily use.

Each piece is made entirely by hand in Venice. Available in walnut and oak, with engraving of your atelier name or logo inlaid into the wood.
